Payment Policy

For All Services (Except Package Tours):

Payment is 100% in advance.

For Package Tours:

Payment Procedure for Holidays:

Up to 35 days prior to departure:

Payment: Initial deposit of 25% of the tour cost per person (Non-refundable).

Between 34 days and 30 days prior to departure:

Payment: 50% of the tour cost per person is required.

Between 29 days and 22 days prior to departure:

Payment: 75% of the tour cost per person.

Less than 21 days prior to departure:

Payment: 100% of the tour cost per person.

Cancellation/Amendments Policy

General Guidelines:

Cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing.

Any amendment received after the booking confirmation will be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellation Charges (Per Person):

Up to 30 days prior to departure:

Charge: Initial deposit of 25% of the tour/cab rental cost (Non-refundable).

Between 22 days and 29 days prior to departure:

Charge: 50% of the tour/cab rental cost.

Between 16 days and 21 days prior to departure:

Charge: 75% of the tour/cab rental cost.

Less than 15 days prior to departure:

Charge: 100% of the tour/cab rental cost.

Additional Points:

• The above cancellation policy is general and may vary based on:
• Travel dates
• Destination
• Specific package details and services booked
• The initial booking deposit collected will be the lower amount between the stated deposit percentage and the package price.
• Full payment must be completed according to the outlined schedule.
• Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the tour/booking with loss of deposit and the application of cancellation charges.

Exceptions include:

• Peak season, fairs, events, festivals, blackout dates, long weekends
• Specific hotel policies and non-refundable price policies
• Iconic hotels and ad hoc/customized quotes from suppliers (third party products)
• For these exceptions, cancellation policy and payment are as per the respective third party.
• Horizon Tours & Travels will charge a management fee of Rs. 1000 per person.
